The Frankie Power Stereo comes in two flavours :
– Class A/B which uses the same circuit topology as the Frankie integrated amplifier and therefore has the same sonic signature as our popular integrated amplifier.
– Class D version, that employs a powerful module from Pascal Audio a leaders in this technology, that is suitable for situations requiring more power than the Class A/B version can provide.

They are designed to be paired with the Frankie Hybrid tube preamplifier to create a higher-quality system than the Frankie integrated amplifier.
Short-circuit and DC output protection are integrated into the amplifier and controlled by a microprocessor.
Fault or overload conditions are displayed via the four front LEDs.
The two front knobs of the Frankie integrated amplifier have been kept in place to preserve the family’s design, but flattened to function as touch-activated power switches.

The Frankie Power Stereo also features a trigger in/out function for remote control.
An infrared sensor is also included so you can turn the Frankie power stereo on/off via remote control.
